TESTIMONIALS

“A rustic modern designed mountain house with little maintenance required and nothing but character. I now have big beautiful southern facing windows that give me free heat in the winter and are perfectly shaded by my extended overhang in the middle of summer just as designed. I’m the talk of the neighborhood.” -Stavros Georgio

“We are enormously pleased with Courtney King Studio’s design of our new home. Courtney stretched herself to satisfy our desire for an esthetically pleasing net zero home and stay within the strict guidelines of our homeowner’s association. She went well beyond our expectations in dealing with our changes and the many concerns of our builder. With her professionalism, patience, and infinite good humor we enjoyed a great collaboration among homeowner, builder, and architect. All this stayed within our tight budget.” -Paul Laakso

“Changing Pagosa one elegant home at a time.” -Leslie Barnett
